Planning for future production taking into account existing stock, expected and actual deliveries, current production and machine and labour availability can be a nightmare.

Production planning is much easier with our graphical application. You can move production requirements backwards and forwards between shifts and days, ensure that the correct amount of raw materials is ordered and schedule build to stock to maximise your efficiency. The Bill of Materials you create will show raw materials used and wasted as well as labour and machine time. Stock checks may be weekly (for popular items) or less frequently (for little moving items) as QPPlan works forward from the most recent stock check when calculating available item stocks.
