QTact is your database. It provides contact management, triggers, links with Outlook, extracts for targetting and mailing. All you would need for your database use.
You can hold multiple names at an address - each of whom can have multiple telephone and web addresses. You can find people by their name or phone number. You can categorise addresses in many combinations and then create extracts from the database based on a combination of these category codes and post codes. This gives you a very powerful targetting mechanism for marketing and sales.
